The Role In Detail

What The Job Asks Of You

Follow MOD Facial treatment protocols with precision
Recommend services and products tailored to each client
Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards
Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized
Support overall spa operations (team mindset required)
Complete acne training within 60 days
Stay flexible for events, client demand, and spa needs

Current State Esthetician License (required)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Prior hands-on esthetics experience preferred (2 years preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
A genuine passion for skincare and helping people feel confident
Ability to commute to Plano, TX (required)

A strong communicator who builds trust with clients
Comfortable recommending treatment plans and home care
Motivated to meet retail and service goals
A team player who contributes to a positive work environment
Detail-oriented and able to stay on schedule
