We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who's equal parts skilled, warm, and genuinely excited about helping people feel their best. You'll deliver customized massage treatments, connect with clients on their wellness goals, and be a core part of a team that cares deeply about the work they do.

The Role In Detail

What The Job Asks Of You

Perform professional massage sessions tailored to each client's needs
Conduct thorough client assessments to determine the right treatment plan
Educate clients on self-care and recommend ongoing therapies
Maintain accurate treatment records per health and safety regulations
Uphold a clean, welcoming, and serene environment every time
Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the MOD experience
Stay current with industry techniques and certifications

Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification
Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and body mechanics

Proven experience in patient service, customer care, and occupational health settings
Prior experience in client-facing, customer care, or healthcare settings
